A. Never. We work on proper eating habits. We work with positive suggestions only. You are eating all foods in the proper proportions. You are enjoying good food, not hating the “bad” food. You may not see yourself giving up donuts and cookies entirely but as you begin to see yourself grow thinner with each passing day you will begin to eat foods that will make you feel better before you eat the donuts and cookies.
