End the Struggle…
Yes, you can end your struggle with Addiction, you really can. I know you have tried everything… and now you are just uncertain as to what to do next. You fear another failure. So, why would hypnosis work when nothing else has in the past? It works because hypnosis is completely different from everything you have ever done. Everything… different from white-knuckle abstinence, different from chemical deterrents, different from residential rehab, and different from 12 step…
Hypnosis puts you in control, maybe for the first time in a long time. As you realize that the struggle is over, you will begin to change the beliefs you have about yourself. Hypnosis helps you to resolve the inner conflicts and emotional issues that made you drink in the first place. You will finally be free to make good choices in your life and to use the energy you expended battling addiction to live a normal life. The best thing about using hypnosis to curb or stop addiction is that you decide what works for you. You will simply not want to drink or use.
You will be able to create the belief that you are clean. Notice the verbiage… You are not an alcoholic who is not drinking… you are a non-drinker. You are not an addict who is not using… you are in control. And oh, while I am at it… you are not broken, you are not damaged, and you are not a terrible person. You are not in recovery… you are a normal human being.
There is power in 12 step and AA models, but the power is only fueling failure. Believing that you are powerless, diseased, on the verge of relapse and always surrounded by failures and others who are struggling with failure will only contribute to more failure. Surrounding yourself with misery and pain and people who are miserable and in pain will only energize the belief that addiction is inevitable for you.
So how does this work? Your subconscious mind knows what the real issues are that cause you to drink or use. Hypnosis allows you to explore these deep issues that are hidden from the conscious mind and resolve them. You begin to feel instantly lighter, amazingly happier as you disconnect from the subconscious triggers that lead you to addiction.
Hypnosis allows you to learn how powerful your mind really is and to use that powerful mind of yours to create change very quickly. You will create a belief system that includes solid values, real self-esteem and the confidence that you deserve to live a healthy life both physically and emotionally. Hypnosis creates new pathways in the brain. The biological reactions of newly created brain memories created a positive chemical reaction that changes receptors in the cells. This allows body and brain changes that quickly allow you to become a non-addicted person.
One thing I want to make clear… only you can do this for yourself. I promise to give you all the tools and to walk with you on this journey. You must make the commitment to do the work. Could the work be painful? Yes, it could be but is it more painful than what you are going through now? Is the work intense? Yes, it must be to allow you to resolve all the subconscious issues that are causing the challenge. Is this do-able. It certainly is.
How good will it feel when you realize that you no longer think about addiction?
